The fall offers warm, sunny days, followed
by cool, crisp evenings. The forest comes
alive with color as far as the eye can
see. This is a time for berry picking.
Blueberries, raspberries, currents and
choke cherries to name a few.

The Heart of the Arrowhead offers some of
the most scenic snowmobile and hiking
trails to be found. The North Shore State
Trail, connecting St. Louis County with
Cook County, and the numerous spur trails.
The Superior Hiking Trail and the
North Shore Ski Trail offer miles of
unsurpassed beauty.
